    These terms govern your use of the AxanWoke website and services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

    Services Provided

    AxanWoke provides technical implementation and workflow support, including CRM pipeline design, SMS workflow configuration, lead-routing automation, follow-up sequences, and integrations for real estate investors and acquisition teams.

    No Guarantees

    AxanWoke does not guarantee carrier approval, message delivery, leads, appointments, deals, revenue, response rates, inbox placement, or any specific business results. Results depend on many factors including lead quality, market conditions, team performance, offer quality, communication practices, and sales execution.

    Client Responsibilities

    Clients are solely responsible for the following:

    • •Their data sources and the legality of those sources
    • •Obtaining appropriate consent before sending messages
    • •Message content and compliance with applicable laws
    • •Compliance with platform policies (Twilio, REI Reply, GoHighLevel, etc.)
    • •Carrier registration requirements (A2P 10DLC) and campaign approval
    • •Maintaining opt-out and consent records

    AxanWoke does not provide legal advice. Clients should consult with qualified legal counsel regarding their specific compliance obligations under TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and other applicable regulations. AxanWoke helps prepare technical setups and workflows but does not assume responsibility for client compliance.

    Payment and Refunds

    Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. Due to the custom nature of system builds, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on project stage and work completed.

    Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, clients own the workflows, pipelines, and configurations built within their accounts. AxanWoke retains the right to use anonymized examples for portfolio purposes.

    Limitation of Liability

    AxanWoke's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost revenue or deals.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
